Each of the four bedrooms is nicely decorated and features plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep with bed and bath linen supplied.

The main bathroom which you will find upstairs has a modern shower and toilet and downstairs has a second bathroom with shower and toilet connected to the laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Sunrise on Wyong River is well suited for 1 large family or 2 small families or a couples getaway.

All pets need approval before bringing them along, the waters edge is not fenced.

You are welcome to bring your boat, and are able to launch your boat from the ramp at the property. If your boat is to large to fit through the garage, please use the local boat ramp. Please ensure quiet enjoyment of this area at all times and respect the neighbours, please pickup after yourself and do not leave any rubbish in this area. Your boat may be moored from the jetty for day use purposes.

Important message for guests organising events.
We have a strict no party or events policy. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so any type of events such as hens/bucks/schoolies/end of season sporting groups/birthday party celebration are not allowed. If you are unsure if your group falls into any of these categories please enquire before booking. We can easily determine if the house rule of “No parties or events” is disrespected, and this means additional charges, bond forfeited and/or eviction will apply.

  The location is good, close to coles and shopping center.
  Fishing, boat and tennis court are pretty good.
  However, only proviee limited laundry liquid, shampoo, toilet paper and dish wash tablets as it is welcome suplly only. It is running out on Day 2 and Day 3, however we booked for 4 nights.

  The place was nice and clean. Perfect for a couple of families to hang around the house even when it was raining. Loved the kayak and tennis court. We did have a problem that the electricity tripped when we turned on the aircon and the dryer at the same time but that was easily rectified
